ASM manufactures pipe fittings and associated products in polyethylene and polypropylene with emphasis on the capability to produce large thick walled products. Typically products can be produced from 20 grams to 30 kilograms in sizes up to 800mm and wall thickness in excess of 100mm. Utilising relatively low cost tooling the company is prepared to produce small batch quantities either bespoke or standard parts. The availability of CAD and solid modelling supports turnkey projects from design through developments and pre-production into full production.
